Career Coaching
Many people turn to coaching because they are feeling unfulfilled in their current employment, are feeling their lives are out of balance or have recently been made redundant.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? What is your job now? If you achieved your childhood dream, then well done and I hope it is everything you hoped it would be.
If you don't have the career you dreamed of as a child then you are not alone, very few people do. But what stopped you? What happened between the ages of seven and 20 that meant you didn't follow your childhood dream?
CRCC can help you recapture and explore these dreams and if you still feel passionate about it; help to achieve them. Which ever situation you find yourself in CRCC can help you discover and achieve the job and career for you.
Job Search Coaching - This is suited to those who are looking for employment but need help with their job search strategy, the application process and their interview technique.
Career Change Coaching - This is for people looking to change jobs or career direction. I work with clients to explore the options, rediscover their passions and help them remove and overcome any barriers.
Interview with Confidence - This is for individuals who have applied for a job and secured an interview but now need help to improve their interview techniques and confidence levels.

The Process
All sessions are completed via the telephone or Skype and last for 45 minutes. For those living in the West Midlands / Black Country face to face sessions may be available on request, but additional fees may apply.
The number of sessions required will depend on individual circumstances, but a minimum of four sessions is recommended to see any lasting changes and for those wishing to be coached on a complete career change more sessions may be required to achieve lasting results.
Fees
- Introductory session - Free
- Per 45 minute session - £45
- Block of 4 sessions - £160 (saving of £20)
All fees to be paid in advance of session. Payments accepted by cheque or bank transfer.
