What is coaching and what does a Life Coach do? Life coaching is a co-active relationship. That is, the coach and client work together on the client's agenda. The International Coaching Federation's definition of life coaching is: "an ongoing partnership that helps clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance and enhance their quality of life." Coaching is not therapy or counselling. I will then contact you to request a telephone number or Skype ID as well as a suitable time for me to call to arrange our introductory session. Sessions are held over the telephone or via Skype (preferred). This means you can complete the call while you are in comfortable and familiar setting helping to ensure you are as relaxed as possible during the session. A specific time slot is agreed and allocated for each session. I allow 45 minutes for each session. It is the responsibility of you, the client, to call me, and if the call is late the length of the session will be reduced accordingly. If you are not able to keep our appointment, I would appreciate at least 12 hours notice to allow me the opportunity of offering the time slot to someone else. I look forward to working with you and travelling with you on your journey of personal growth and achievement! Prices
